Financial Operations Support Prepare monthly financial forecasts, integrating actual results, trends, and projected expenditures. Validate, process, and track vendor invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with contract terms. Prepare and submit monthly accrual entries to support accurate period?end financial reporting. Produce monthly budget updates and contract spend reports, highlighting variances and spending trends. Support governance reporting requirements by preparing accurate, timely financial and operational data. 2. Contract Management Functions Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and accurate financial coding. Prepare and maintain Service Entry Sheets (SES) in 1GX (SAP Ariba) ensuring timely approvals and accurate documentation of goods and services received. 3. Project Auditing Support Develop, maintain, and update process documentation related to financial and contracting workflows. Manage project records in accordance with corporate records management standards and retention policies. Manage and respond to audit?related inquiries, information requests, and documentation needs from internal and external stakeholders. 4. Cost Analysis & Modeling Develop cost models and conduct cost analyses to support budgeting, planning, and operational decision?making.
