Johnson Service Group is looking for a IT Systems Analyst Intern for one of our clients in San Jose. This person will support the development, implementation, integration, and maintenance of enterprise business systems and database applications Responsibilities: Support the development, implementation, testing, maintenance, and documentation of business systems and database applications. Assist with the administration of IBM Maximo Application Suite and Kayuga Systems IRIS. Analyze user requirements and recommend system enhancements and integrations. Support integrations with Esri ArcGIS, AVEVA PI System, and Infor CloudSuite Financials. Troubleshoot system issues, perform testing, and assist with software upgrades. Provide technical support, user training, and maintain system documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business processes and technology solutions. Qualifications: Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a closely related field. Experience Entry-level experience, internship, or academic project experience supporting business applications, systems integration, databases, or data analytics. Valid CA drivers license Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Knowledge of business systems analysis, databases, software development, and data integrity principles. Familiarity with data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Python, and Power BI or Tableau. Knowledge of software installation, troubleshooting, testing, and maintenance. Familiarity with IBM Maximo, Esri ArcGIS, AVEVA PI System, Infor CloudSuite Financials, or similar enterprise systems is preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities.
