As our fast-growing client is rapidly expanding, Johnson Service Group is seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Production Clerk to join their fast-paced team. This is a contract position with the ability to convert to full-time based on performance. Payrate $20 Day Shift 6:45a.m - 3:15 p.m. Payrate $21.50 Swing Shift 3:45 - 12:15 a.m. Job Duties Manufacturing Support: Generate run cards for manufacturing work orders and print production labels. Inventory & Auditing: Maintain and report on floor stock and consumables inventory; conduct finished goods (FIN) bin audits. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Program Managers and Production Leads to align on daily priorities. Material Tracking & Quality: Transact material transfer requests for replacement parts (DOA), inspect non-conforming material requests (NCR), and resolve discrepancies in warehouse receiving logs. Administrative Support: Complete routine data entry and perform other duty-related tasks as assigned. Skills & Qualifications Attention to Detail: High accuracy in logging data, inspecting materials, and auditing inventory. Communication: Ability to follow written/verbal instructions and collaborate effectively in a team environment. Technical Proficiency: Basic working knowledge of standard office software, including word processors, spreadsheets, and databases. Physical Requirements Regularly lift, push, pull, or move items weighing up to 50 lbs. Stand for extended periods during shift. Safely climb and work from ladders as needed. Experience & Education Experience: Minimum of 6 months related warehouse, manufacturing, or inventory experience preferred. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
