Reporting to the Director, Global Indirect Procurement, this role serves as a strategic business partner responsible for driving a multi-year portfolio of procurement optimization and transformation initiatives that support business growth, operational excellence, supplier innovation, and sustainable value creation across North America. Drive project execution from strategy development through implementation and benefit realization. Supplier & Performance Management Build and manage strategic supplier relationships to support innovation, service excellence, and business continuity. Lead commercial negotiations, contract management, and supplier performance governance. Regional Procurement Leadership Lead procurement initiatives across North America in partnership with Global Category Management teams. Provide market insights, category expertise, and procurement leadership to support business decision-making and long-term planning. Ensure early procurement engagement in key business and transformation initiatives. Collaboration & Transformation Partner with cross-functional teams to accelerate strategic programs and enterprise transformation efforts.
