Primary Responsibilities:
- Provides comprehensive administrative support to Flight Operations leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, correspondence, and document control.
- Manages pilot administration, including leave processing, attendance monitoring, regularization, performance appraisals, retirement, and resignation documentation.
- Maintains operational records, reports, manuals, guidelines, and document management systems to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Coordinates pilot travel and logistics, including flights, hotel accommodations, visas, travel insurance, ferry flights, and official business requirements.
- Handles government and regulatory coordination, including CAAP documentation, MIAA passes, embassy transactions, and visa processing.
- Monitors pilot compliance with licensing, safety, security, and mandatory training requirements.
- Supports Flight Operations activities by preparing operational reports, delay monitoring, crew irregularity reports, flight duty exceedance reports, and management schedules.
- Administers employee welfare and recognition programs, including attendance awards, commendation letters, Pilot of the Year, and first productive flight documentation.
- Processes financial and administrative transactions, including cash advances, reimbursements, payment requests, budget monitoring, CAPEX, and expense reporting.
- Coordinates departmental logistics, office facilities, equipment, conference rooms, and supplies to support daily operations.
- Liaises with internal departments, government agencies, and external stakeholders to facilitate Flight Operations requirements.
- Performs special projects and other administrative duties as assigned to support Flight Operations and management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course
- knowledgeable in MS Office programs.
