Job Purpose
Crew Travel Agents are part of Crew Operations, reporting to the Crew Optimizations Manager, they are responsible for both Pilot and Cabin Crew travel needs and to ensure a reliable punctual operation.
Main Accountabilities
- To ensure that all travel needs of schedule routes published are covered by flight crew and cabin crew, complying with legal limitations and Company agreement.
- Booking flights, hotels, cars, ground transportation, rail, etc.
- General administration duties associated with such tasks.
- Participate in Operations Control projects where required.
- Have a working knowledge of crew agreements and roster policies
Education
- Relevant education will be considered.
Experience
- Relevant experience will be considered.
Competencies
• Teamwork and lead skills.
• Knowledge of the tools implemented by the department
• Flexible, decisive, and rigorous. Also functional and strict following procedures.
• Analytic profile with attention to details.
• Basic knowledge of Crew Control areas tasks
Languages
- English: C1
- Spanish: C1 at least
Other
- Working hours in morning, evening, night shifts.
