About the role
Join Babcock New Zealand as a Senior Receptionist/Administrator and become the pivotal first point of contact for employees, customers, suppliers, and Defence stakeholders. You are a highly organised and professional administrator who enjoys being the go-to person in a busy office environment. You can confidently manage reception duties while balancing multiple administrative priorities, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. You build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders and take initiative to solve problems before they arise. Comfortable working across financial, travel, event and office support functions, you are adaptable, proactive, customer-focused and committed to delivering outstanding service every day.
