Role Summary
The Maintenance Equipment Cleaner is responsible for the preparation and cleaning of aircraft/engine components to ensure safe maintenance operations and compliance with all company, FAA and Government Safety Regulations.
Key Duties
Maintain highest level of Safety, Compliance, Quality, and Reliability standards
Clean aircraft parts I/A/W applicable aircraft manuals utilizing various chemicals
Perform preventative maintenance for the paint booth and shop equipment
Verify information on Aircraft parts removed from Aircraft and appropriate tags
Document all maintenance tasks in accordance with company procedural and regulatory requirements
Ensure shop facilities, tools, and equipment are maintained in a clean, safe, and professional manner
Ensure hazardous materials are handled and stored in accordance with company and regulatory requirements
Job-Specific Experience, Education & Skills
Required
Detail oriented and able to self-start and self-direct work
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to obtain Hazwopper qualification within 90 days
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum age of 18
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred
- 1 year of experience working in an aviation maintenance or similar environment

Starting Rate
USD $16.83/Hr.
