The main duties include, executing requirements gathering and design, project planning, resource allocation, and project or program delivery aligned with best practices as well as Parker Meggitt policies and procedures. [ Note: throughout this job description, the term “project” may mean a project, a program, or a project with multiple embedded projects.]
Whilst this is an SAP specific role and each person in this role is expected to perform their work generally across various functional areas, this particular job is for a Digital & IT Analyst situated within our Parker Meggitt SAP function.A large majority of the duties will be required to focus on the divestiture project but there may be requirements to support interdependent projects.
Responsibilities
EssentialFunctions:
- Manage relationships with stakeholder groups (a project sponsor or executive, often a senior representative of the user community, and IT leaders and sub-functions within IT) and the Project Board (includes presentations and recommendations for decisions).
- Perform budgeting, planning, scheduling, and financial management.
- Manage the resources required for a project and follow-through with actuals such as spending and labour (time tracking). Orchestrate the work of the entire project team.
- Prepare presentations, plans, and project artefacts to communicate IT project information. Act as facilitator for constructive meetings related to a project.
- Guide and support the communications and organizational change management.
- Work with IT service transition colleagues, user representative(s), business process owners, and others to ensure effective change.
- AnalyzeandapplyEnterprisedatatomakerecommendations/modificationstostreamline&simplify processes while reducing operating costs
- Develops and deploys appropriate Digital and Information Technology solutions
- EstablishesanddevelopsproceduresforproperutilizationofDigitalandITtechnology
