Having experienced exponential growth, we're now on the look out for a Transfer Pricing Manager to join our global tax team in London. This newly created role will play a critical part in shaping and implementing transfer pricing strategies to ensure that the group complies with international tax regulations.
Reporting to the Global Tax Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing transfer pricing strategies for the group, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transfer pricing planning and implementation. You will work closely with external consultants to prepare and review transfer pricing documentation, ensuring that all requirements are met and that the group remains compliant with global tax laws.
Your Responsibilities
- Development and execution of transfer pricing strategies for the Group to ensure compliance with global tax regulations.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to support transfer pricing planning and implementation.
- Working with external consultants on preparation and review of TP documentation.
- Support Tax team with internal transfer pricing risk assessments.
- Work with business to provide guidance and ad hoc transfer pricing advice.
- Support in transfer pricing audit queries from tax authorities.
- Country-by-country reporting
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
- Bachelor degree plus Chartered Accountancy or Chartered Tax Advisor qualifications (or equivalent)
- 7+ years of experience in a big four advisory firm and/ or large multinational company;
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely complex tax/ transfer pricing concepts
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast paced, informal environment
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
- Aviation industry experience preferable, but not compulsory.
