📢 We're looking for our next Account Executive to join our Cargo team in Miami. In this role, you'll play a key part in driving the growth of a new strategic LATAM Cargo initiative by developing business opportunities in the cross-border e-commerce market to South America. You'll build long-term commercial relationships with key industry players, contributing to the expansion of an innovative, high-impact solution for the business.

🚀 No two days are the same. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Identify and prospect new customers, generating business opportunities for the company.
- Lead the entire sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to closing commercial agreements.
- Develop strategic relationships with merchants, retailers, marketplaces, fulfillment providers, 3PLs, shipping platforms, and other key players within the e-commerce and logistics ecosystem.
- Manage and grow the assigned customer portfolio by strengthening long-term relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
- Negotiate commercial proposals and agreements aligned with both company objectives and customer needs.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, monitoring account performance and ensuring growth targets are achieved.
🎯 What do you need to succeed in this role?
- At least 5 years of commercial/sales experience in one or more of the following industries: cross-border e-commerce, international shipping, parcel logistics, freight forwarding, fulfillment, marketplaces, shipping platforms, or technology solutions for logistics and e-commerce.
- Advanced proficiency in Spanish.
- Native English speaker.
