You’ll work directly with the Global Future Talent (GFT) team within Talent Acquisition, focusing on Early Careers recruiting (0-2 years of experience) as well as assisting in the coordination and program development of our North American Internship Program and National Conference recruitment strategies.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to build relationships with hiring managers & teams across North America, coordinate in-person and virtual recruiting events, screen candidates for employment, create and manage reports in Excel, work with external vendors on shipping logistics and tradeshow supplies, develop both internal and external presentations and key communications (including social media posts), and provide support to unique TA projects. Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (4 years, progressive experience in a closely related position)
* Strong initiative with the ability to multitask and collaborate, executing projects effectively with minimal oversight
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, specifically excel, for reporting and data management (preferred ability to create and modify pivot tables, charts, and graphs) and Powerpoint (creative presentation design skills with charts and graphs)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create engaging presentations and internal/external communications, and confidence to interface with all levels of staff/leadership
* This is a remote position, but the successful candidate must be in the contiguous US.

Ideally, you’ll also have:
* Previous internship or work experience in HR or talent acquisition within a technical, engineering, or construction industry and/or early careers/ university relations
* Familiarity with OFCCP & EEO hiring laws and ATS & CRM technologies
* Experience with Avature ATS
