The role:
Resource Planning Executive
Do you have a passion for ensuring plans are efficient and effective? Are you a natural problem-solver with excellent communication skills? If so, we want to hear from you! We are currently seeking a Resource Planning Executive to join our dynamic Operations Planning team.
What you’ll do:
As a Resource Planning Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring resource plans for operationally critical teams across our Cabin Crew, Flight Crew and Heathrow business areas are developed and maintained successfully. You will work closely with various departments to ensure smooth administration of their resourcing needs and will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting on the performance of our resources and identifying opportunities for improvement.
What you’ll bring to British Airways:
The ideal candidate will be:
- A proactive problem solver that thrives on working in a fast-paced team, able to adapt to an ever-changing environment and deal with conflicting priorities
- An excellent communicator and influencer that can build strong relationships with various stakeholders and the wider Ops Planning team
- Data savvy, comfortable translating and manipulating data and able to work with a variety of different systems
Your experience:
The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong background in resource planning, with an understanding of end-to-end processes and the financial impact of decisions
- Excellent planning, analytical and organisational skills
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
