You will be joining an established and growing business in central Europe who are embracing new technology after significant investment.
The Role
You will join the senior leadership team to assist in the running of their MRO facility. You will be responsible for overseeing the running of the P145 operation from a strategic and operational point of view.
You will build a strong collaborative culture and lead operational transformation.
About You
You will be a strong technical leader with in depth knowledge of EASA P145 regulations. You will be confident mentoring people and will be able to foster a collaborative culture through your people skills and technical knowledge.
You must be willing to relocate as this role requires onsite presence.
