Job Profile
The Crew and Training Support Admin position is available in Columbus, OH. The Crew and Training Support Admins, members of the overall Flight Ops Admin department, support all crew members in non-regulatory items for the duration of their employment – including onboarding communication, training logistics, etc. This position reports to the VP, Flight Ops Admin.

Your Responsibilities
- Provide the majority of crew (cockpit and cabin) communication and support during the onboarding process, including partnering with Crew Planning, Human Resources, and IT
- Initial setup of crew members in multiple systems used, including level one tech support in said systems for the duration of the crew’s employment
- On-site logistics and support for in-person training events at HQ
- Management of national crew databases to include Master Crew list and and TSA Vetting process
- Crew logistics support for training events nationwide
- Management of KCM programs across Vista America, including quarterly audits
- Maintain valid crew identification documents and produce needed letters for expedited processing
- Support of crew offboarding of aircraft change process, as it pertains to systems access
- Assignment of CBTs from crew members before initial and recurrent training
Required education and experience
- Authorized for work in the United States
- At least 1 year of administrative or data entry experience
- Proven results in an administrative role or similar
- Strong attention to detail while performing duties with a high degree of accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Multi-tasking effectively, prioritizing appropriately, and timely completion of assigned tasks
- Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment with the ability to work independently and solve problems
- Professional attitude, and ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive data
- Ability to remain organized and function well in a high-paced environment
- Proficiency with all MS Suite tools and eagerness to learn and master new software
- High School Diploma or GED
(Preferred)
- Associate's degree or greater
- Two or four years of related or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Aviation experience is highly desired
