Primary Responsibilities:
- In-charge of the operational activities of the team handling Passenger Accounts (Agents, Corporate and Government).
- Manage the team of analysts handling Passenger Accounts.
- Assist in projects related to Credit and Collection for business process improvement.
- Participate in the onboarding and termination of accounts.
- Participate in handling collection issues.
- Participate in handling credit line management.
- Prepare reports for Passenger Accounts.
- Coordinate with Accounting team on any AR-related audit requirement.
Basic Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year Finance-related course preferably Accountancy.
- Must have at least 2 years of work experience in a supervisory role
- Must have at least a background in Credit and Collection
- Must be proficient in MS Office Applications and preferably with SAP system experience
- Background in airline business is an advantage.
