About the Role

Norse Atlantic Airways is seeking a Lead Cabin Crew Instructor LGW to support the Chief Cabin Crew Training Manager in the delivery, oversight, and continuous improvement of cabin crew training programmes across the UK AOC.

Working closely with a team of instructors, you will help ensure the highest standards of compliance, performance, and instructional delivery while fostering a culture of continuous development and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Support the Chief Cabin Crew Training Manager in the oversight and delivery of all UK AOC cabin crew training activities.
Ensure Cabin Crew Instructors maintain the highest levels of competence, knowledge, and instructional standards.
Conduct quality assurance and compliance checks across training programmes, records, and materials.
Review training syllabi, procedures, course content, and training aids to ensure regulatory compliance and operational effectiveness.
Act as deputy to the Chief Cabin Crew Training Manager when required.
Coach, mentor, and support the development of newly appointed Ground Instructors.
Assist in the development and ongoing standardisation of Cabin Crew Standards Instructors.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of training systems, processes, and programmes.
Promote a positive learning environment that supports engagement, development, and performance.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential
Valid Cabin Crew Training Instructor qualification.
Current CRM Instructor certification.
Previous experience in a Senior Cabin Crew position.
Strong understanding of aviation training compliance, regulatory requirements, and training standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Excellent communication, coaching and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in a Training Manager, Deputy Training Manager, or Training Leadership role.

Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Pattern: Approximately 50% office-based and 50% training delivery duties, with flexibility based on operational requirements.
