Satair is looking for a Summer Intern - Customer Resolution Services to join our team based in Herndon, VA.
You will be part of Customer Resolution Services (CRS) Americas. CRS is a foundational pillar within the global CRS organization, with a large footprint in the Americas totaling approximately 100 dedicated employees. Our core mission is to provide comprehensive and critical support to all customers across the expansive Americas region, encompassing all customers in North and Latin America, as well as Global support for our A220 customers and distribution products. Our 24/7/365 operation is mission-critical and key for our customers' performance.

At CRS we have over one hundred professionals supporting our key customers (Airlines, MROs, Brokers, Lessors..) 24/7/365. We are entrusted with satisfying the essential material and logistics needs of a diverse range of partners, including major Airlines, MROs, Lessors, Distributors and other critical industry stakeholders within the region. Our support is essential for the continuous operation of an immense fleet of over 3,000 aircraft, requiring a consistent and reliable 24/7 service capability.
Your Working Environment:
We are based in Herndon, Virginia, home to our AOG Team as well as the CRS team for Airbus parts. You will be working closely with the operations team as well as continuous improvement professionals.
Program Highlights:
Participation in the Summer 2027 Intern Program: May 17, 2027 - August 6, 2027 (12 weeks)
Support to Project Management for continuous improvement initiatives within CRS
Your Challenges:
Support CRS Americas Processes Improvement among both Satair Channels (Red and Blue).
Support deploy improvement projects with internal and external stakeholders as well as with Customers on demand
Support shaping the further development of Performance Management as a member of the Global CRS Performance Management Network in close collaboration with the COF leadership team to become a process and data driven Organization
Your Boarding Pass:
Students enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a Bachelors’ degree in Business or applicable field (Business, Project Management, Supply Chain Management or similar field).
Ability to work in the US without current or future visa sponsorship
Good understanding of business metrics, financials as well as ability to work with data and provide analysis and data-driven insights
Demonstrated ability to develop business cases, launch projects and initiatives with varying complexity.
Capability to drive and drumbeat projects beginning to closure, provide and monitor deliverables and milestones.
Interest in Customer Services, Logistics, Shipping within the Aerospace sector.

Administrative position only PPE required: Steel-toed shoes are required for all shop floor visit, appropriate hearing/eye protection may also be required when visiting the shop floor. 100%

Pay Range:
Hourly range based on the required profile: $24 - $39.75/hour. Rate determined by type of degree program and year in school (Bachelors through Masters). Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on geographic differential. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
