What You’ll Do:
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries (SWW Queue or SWW email inbox) and Administer/Maintain pertinent details for each wedding group.
- Provide excellence in customer service for the purpose of generating new sales by building customer loyalty and retention.
- Counsel all guests with regards to travel requirements, insurance (TICO related)
- Provide proof of payment and confirmed travel details once guests are booked
- Manage multiple payments from individual guests
- Create and maintain group bookings in Sunwing Booking System.
- Attend trainings as assigned by management and Group Sales Trainer.
- Maintain product knowledge and participate in ongoing training as scheduled
- View Product Webinars
- Organize information provided for quick reference when required
- Keep current promotions on hand for quick reference.
- Stay current on procedural changes and updates
- Work through challenges or escalations by thinking outside of the box and being creative.
What You’ll Need:
- Minimum 1-year telephone sales and customer service experience or related experience
- Pleasant telephone manner, excellent communication skills and enjoys working directly with customers
- Detail oriented, organized and capable of multi-tasking
- Demonstrates initiative with problem solving and decision-making skills
- Is comfortable working with numbers, numeric
- Ability to work well under pressure, be flexible, reliable & prioritize workload
- Experience with MS Office (email, Word, Excel)
- Knowledge of Soft Voyage TTS an asset
- TICO certification required
