Job Summary:
As a Business Analyst, own and drive end-to-end solutions. Work closely with the key stakeholders to gather business requirements, translate them into clear requirement documents, and write compelling business cases
and proposals to implement and deliver cost-effective solutions.
Job Key Responsibilities
- Document business requirements and design specifications based on acceptance criteria/success factors set by the business, manage user stories and validate functionality given to ensure it is in alignment with objectives / strategic goals set by the business.
- Collaborate with team members to collect, analyze, and evaluate information from multiple sources.
- Work with IT, IS, Architecture, and various other support/operations teams to ensure a solution aligns to guidelines and design principles.
- Develop processes and procedures to ensure the business solution meets organization policy guidelines and regulatory/compliance obligations.
- Conduct periodic analysis and research to identify key metrics and opportunities for improvement.
- Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
Education And Experience Profile
- Exp: 12 + Years
- Proficient in SQL and Visualization, including reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau.
- A degree in IT / Computer Science business administration, or related field with necessary certifications
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to work with people from diverse cultures and nationalities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Business oriented, experience in supporting teams in meeting their goals, good skills and knowledge of facilitation.
