Openings available for Senior Software Developer at SITA INFORMATION NETWORKING COMPUTING USA INC. in Dayton, Ohio:
Participating in analysis of requirements for designing new application and system features. Enhancing the existing business logic to meet client requirements and be extensively involved in developing and enhancing quality and performance of the applications. Communicate with different teams like QA, Business, Production support for different applications, noting the proposed changes and estimated release dates. Develop the applications using .Net Framework using C# programming language following Object-Oriented Programming Concepts. Implementing web applications using Model, View and Controller architecture for easy way to maintain the code base of the application. Designing the wizards/websites for the User Interface of the application using HTML, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, Bootstrap, Telerik. Designing API’s for communication layer between different applications using Web API. Writing Transactional SQL queries to handle data manipulation like insert, update and delete data from datastore. Writing stored procedures, triggers, views, and functions based on user requirement to generate and bind data to in user interface. Developing LINQ queries to get data from the tables in SQL server. Performing Unit testing, Functional testing, Integration testing to satisfy the technical specifications and to meet business requirements. Working on Continuous Integration of source code to generate a latest version of software using Microsoft build servers. Maintaining source code versions using Team Foundation Server or GIT. Documenting all the changes implemented across all systems and components, including all Technical changes, Infrastructure changes, and Business process changes. May work remotely.
The position requires at least a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related, and one (1) year of experience in the job offered and the following: Object-Oriented programming languages such as C#, HTML, or Java;Database tools using SQL; XML Web Services such as SOAP. Alternatively, Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related, and three (3) years of experience in the job offered and the following: Object-Oriented programming languages such as C#, HTML, or Java;Database tools using SQL; XML Web Services such as SOAP.
We are offering a salary of at least $102,250.00 per year depending on education and experience.
