Job Overview And Responsibilities
Creates class rosters, enrolls and un-enrolls participants in training classes. Enrolls participants in online assessment systems, tracks participation and program completion, and sends reminder emails as necessary. Generates mail merged emails for leadership training programs and assists with participant reporting needs. Coordinates room reservations for onsite and offsite learning activities. In addition may be asked to support the overall Talent Management and Learning Technology teams with administrative tasks.
- Administrative tasks - Schedule and run reports, monitor assignments, and other ad-hoc request for Learning Management System (LSM), Learning Experience Platform (LXP) and Resource Management Systems (RMS)
- Assists with the testing of Learning Management System eLearning lessons as needed
- Coordinate instructor-led training sessions (logistics, booking rooms, materials, reminders, etc.)
- Manages permissions within the TakeOff LMS Application
- Help desk inquiry response
- Input and update scheduled classes into the Learning Management System
- Monitors class enrollments and help team with enrollments and completion

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree
- 1 or more year in a learning management role
- Exposure to Learning Management Systems
- Proficient using Microsoft Office
- Strong presentation skills.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to problem solve and provide solutions at first point of contact
- Must be legally authorized to work in India for any employer without sponsorship
- Must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
Preferred
- Strong technical skills and functional skils
- Cornerstone LMS and LXP experience
- Familiar with United Learning Systems, experience with Service Now application
