Key Responsibilities And What You'll Bring
- Bring 6+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Software Testing or Test Automation roles within Agile delivery environments

- Mentor and uplift engineers' automation and testing capability, reviewing automation code and setting the quality bar for the team
- Lead quality initiatives across multiple teams, partnering with Tech Leads, Product Managers and Engineering Leadership to identify systemic quality risks and drive their resolution
- Drive root cause analysis on recurring or high-impact defects, translating findings into process or framework improvements
- Establish and evolve test data strategy, environment strategy and observability practices (e.g. Splunk, Datadog) to support production confidence
- Represent quality engineering in architecture and design discussions, ensuring testability is designed in, not bolted on
- Strong experience with test case management (e.g. Jira Zephyr) and cross-browser testing tools such as LambdaTest or BrowserStack
