By embedding robust testing strategies and automation practices, you’ll help ensure software reliability, performance, and security. As a Quality Engineer, you’ll collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to design, automate, and execute testing strategies. With the autonomy to identify areas for improvement, you’ll continuously enhance testing frameworks, tools, and overall quality practices, ensuring systems consistently perform at their best while driving innovation across the platform.
While the tools you will be working on operate behind the scenes, their impact is significant. By enabling reliable and intuitive technology, you’ll empower consultants and contact centre teams to focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your work will ensure every interaction starts from a place of efficiency and confidence, helping create smoother, more meaningful customer conversations.
You’ll have:
- 3+ years’ experience in Quality Engineering, including hands-on automation testing across service integrations.
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with BDD, CI, Git, and cloud platforms such as AWS
- Ability to define and execute test strategies that validate end-to-end user journeys, data flows, and system integrations.
- Ability to implement automated test scripts for service integrations, with a focus on efficiency and repeatability.
- Proficiency with testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Karate, Postman, and JUnit
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, event-driven architecture, batch processing, ESB, and point-to-point integrations
- Experience conducting performance and load testing on integrated services to ensure scalability and reliability.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills, with experience using tools such as Miro, Jira, and Confluence
