Working within agile, cross-functional teams, you'll collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate requirements into clear, actionable solutions. You'll help shape digital products, optimise processes, and contribute to initiatives that enhance customer experiences and deliver business value.

You’ll Have
- 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within Agile delivery environments.
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Information Technology, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- Experience working with Amadeus systems and travel industry platforms, with a understanding of airline, reservations, passenger servicing, booking, or distribution processes.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Human-Centred Design principles.
- Experience documenting business requirements, user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct in-depth technical analysis of API specifications and create detailed technical process flows, use cases, and user stories to accurately represent business processes and technical workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience facilitating workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and other collaboration platforms.
- Understanding of digital products, customer experience, and technology delivery processes.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Support development and QA teams throughout the build and testing phases of the project lifecycle.
