Pay $32.14/hour Required Skills: Strong hands-on laboratory experience in pharmaceutical formulation, sterile product development, or related fields Proficiency in preparing formulation buffers, reagents, and conducting aseptic techniques Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-driven, organized, and attentive to timelines Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Nice to Have Skills: Experience with biologics and sterile formulation development Knowledge of biophysical characterization methods such as DLS, DSC, DSF, SDS-PAGE, or UV/Vis Familiarity with statistical software like JMP Prior experience in pharmaceutical, biologics, or Merck environments Preferred Education and Experience: B.S. or M.S. degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or a related field Bachelors with 2-3 years or Master’s with 1-2 years of relevant industry experience Other Requirements: On-site role requiring reliable presence in Rahway Commitment to safety protocols and Good Laboratory Practices Johnson Service Group, Inc.
