Mission
Lead and coordinate the end-to-end management of Vueling’s fleet lifecycle, including aircraft entries into service, redeliveries, modifications, long-term groundings and ACMI operations, ensuring safe, compliant, efficient and cost-effective fleet deployment aligned with the company’s capacity plan.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Manage aircraft entries into service, redeliveries, modifications, retrofits, product changes and ACMI operations across the fleet.
Coordinate cross-functional projects involving Operations, Maintenance, Flight Operations, OCC, Safety, Compliance, Commercial and Finance teams.
Lead planning, governance, risk management and stakeholder alignment for major fleet initiatives.
Ensure operational, regulatory, commercial and financial readiness of fleet events and external capacity solutions.
Monitor risks, dependencies and performance, providing reporting and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Support the development of fleet planning, optimization and decision-support tools.
Academic Background
Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
Additional training in Project Management, Airline Operations, Fleet Management, Data Analysis or Optimization is desirable.
Experience
1-2 years of experience within an airline environment in Fleet Planning, Operations Strategy, Aircraft Maintenance, PMO or Project Management.
Experience managing complex cross-functional projects and multiple stakeholders.
Strong background in planning, governance, risk management and operational decision-making.
Ability to balance operational, safety, regulatory, commercial and financial requirements.
Experience in aircraft entry into service, redeliveries, ACMI operations, fleet transitions or fleet optimization projects is highly valued.

Fluent Spanish and English (minimum C1 level).
