Our client is a growing business aviation operator based at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, flying a modern Falcon 2000EX EASy fleet. They are seeking two experienced Line Training Captains to join their operation on an initial three-month contract, with the genuine prospect of transitioning into a permanent role. Starting 1 November 2026, this is an attractive opportunity for EASA-licensed pilots with strong instructional credentials and multi-crew experience. The position offers a competitive package of €9,500 base salary per month plus per diems. A signing bonus of up to one month's salary for type-rated candidates, and a roster pattern of 9 days on and 6 days off.
- Conduct line training and mentoring for flight crew whilst operating as Captain on the Falcon 2000EX EASy
- €9,500 to €11,500 monthly depending on experience plus potential signing bonus, with a balanced 9-on-6-off roster
- Three-month contract with clear pathway to permanent employment for the right candidate
Preferred Requirements - EASA ATPL(A) with current or recent Falcon 2000EX EASy type rating
- Proven experience as a Line Training Captain, TRI, TRE, or equivalent instructional role
- Significant multi-crew business aviation experience with a strong safety record
- Valid EASA Class 1 Medical and right to live and work within Europe
- Strong English language proficiency and the ability to mentor and standardise pilot performance
Preferred Qualifications - EASA ATPL(A) certification with current medical and type rating documentation
- Background in corporate, charter, or owner-flown business aviation operations
- Previous experience delivering training in accordance with formal SOPs and regulatory frameworks
