Payrate $31.50 Swing Shift: 3:45 p.m. - 12:15 a.m. Overtime & Bonus Eligibility: Saturday overtime is available after completing 40 hours during the standard work week. Saturday overtime includes 1.5x regular pay plus a $75 bonus. Responsibilities: 5+ years of experience performing advanced troubleshooting and repair of complex electronic systems. Expertise diagnosing power, firmware, hardware, and system-level failures using structured troubleshooting methodologies. Strong ability to isolate defective components within large or complex assemblies through systematic diagnostics and failure analysis. Advanced knowledge of firmware and BIOS functionality and its role in system initialization, configuration, and troubleshooting. Experience analyzing intermittent failures and determining root causes through repeated testing and data analysis. Ability to develop or modify scripts, automation tools, or diagnostic utilities to assist with testing, troubleshooting, and data collection. Basic to intermediate coding experience for debugging, automation, or test development in support of system diagnostics. Experience identifying and resolving product quality concerns, including cosmetic or functional issues, while ensuring adherence to quality standards. Ability to follow test procedures, escalate concerns appropriately, and maintain integrity of testing and validation processes. Experience supporting testing and repair of electronic products ranging from PCB assemblies to full systems or integrated hardware platforms. Ability to collaborate with engineering teams to investigate issues, improve test processes, and support product reliability improvements. Physical Requirements Ability to regularly lift, push, or move up to 50lbs. Ability to stand for a prolonged period. Ability to work on ladders. Ability to operate pallet jack or electric pallet jack. Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED equivalent. A+, IPC certifications preferred. 5+ years of experience performing advanced troubleshooting and repair of complex electronic systems.
