Johnson Service Group (JSG) has an immediate opportunity for a Senior Paralegal with experience in Corporate Law, Real Estate, and Litigation. This position is located in San Diego or Orange County, CA. Direct Hire | Hybrid | Pay Rate: $44 - $55/Hr. We are seeking an experienced Senior Paralegal to support an in-house legal team. This role will have a strong focus on corporate governance, along with real estate transactions, litigation, employment matters, commercial contracts, and general legal support. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with California corporations, LLCs, and partnerships and is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Maintain corporate records, minute books, resolutions, and written consents. Support corporate governance and entity compliance matters. Assist with leases, acquisitions, financings, due diligence, and transactional closings. Review, redline, and summarize contracts and legal documents. Coordinate litigation matters, discovery, subpoenas, and document production. Support employment/HR matters and preparation of agreements and SOPs. Conduct legal research and monitor regulatory changes. Manage legal deadlines, records, and department workflows. Qualifications 5+ years of paralegal experience. Extensive corporate governance experience required. Strong knowledge of California corporate, LLC, and partnership requirements. Litigation and real estate/transactional experience strongly preferred. Employment law exposure is a plus. Strong legal research, writing, organization, and communication skills. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
