Job Description
You will be the Manufacturing Planner Associate Manager for the launcher programs. Our team is responsible for line of balance tracking and loading demand in ERP systems.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Manufacturing Planner Associate Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple manufacturing planning, material management and support activities within various manufacturing job functions responsible for Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) transactions.. Your responsibilities will include:
- Make, Buy, Demand Planning, Master Production Scheduling (MPS)
- Overseeing production systems integrity and drives inventory optimization to minimize cost
- Coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions

Desired Skills
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) extensive user experience or implementation.
- Experience supporting MMAS (Material Management and Accounting System).
- Knowledge of industry wide best practices and processes for managing material flow throughout the entire Production supply chain.
- Strategic thinker with lean manufacturing focus / (Greenbelt or Blackbelt certification preferred).
- Experience working Program proposals to establish labor budgets.
- Previous experience successfully creating, leading, and sustaining a data driven culture.
- Proven ability to build and lead cross functional teams to maximizing output.

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $86,700 - $166,300. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
