Hiring: Financial Analyst – Budgeting & US GAAP
Location: Netaji Subhash Place, New Delhi
Shift Timings: 04:30pm - 01:30am
We are looking for a Financial Analyst with hands-on experience in End-to-End Budgeting, Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB), and US GAAP.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete budgeting cycle, from planning and preparation to execution and monitoring.
Develop and implement Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB) processes.
Perform budget vs. actual analysis, variance analysis, and cost optimization.
Prepare financial reports and ensure compliance with US GAAP.
Support forecasting, financial planning, and management reporting.
Track financial KPIs and provide actionable insights.
Mandatory Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
3–6 years of relevant experience in end-to-end budgeting.
Hands-on experience in Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB).
Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and financial statements.
Proficiency in Excel, financial modelling, and reporting.
