Job Description:
As a 3D Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for Quality Control of the 3D assets developed for Land/Air/Marine simulation projects and ensure compliance with industry-standard practices like low/high poly 3D modeling, high-resolution texture with optimized UV unwrapping etc. You will work with a team of artists and designers to create high-quality assets that meets the project needs.
Role And Responsibilities:
- Perform quality check on various game assets like buildings, weapons, vehicles, props and other environment assets based on the reference images.
- Manual visual validation of the Visual simulation Scene including 2D, 3D and environment
- Understanding the project requirements and conceptualizing creative ideas.
- Troubleshooting any problems that arise during work on a project.
- Stay up to date on the latest 3D technology and recommending improvements in current processes.
Preferred Experience/Skills:
- College degree/diploma or equivalent in 3D computer graphics / 3D animation specialization.
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of demonstrated infield experience. Experience in gaming industry is highly preferable.
- Reliable, focused, and detail oriented.
- Ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in 3D modeling tools such as Maya, Blender, and 3ds Max.
- Proficiency in game ready texturing tool such as Photoshop or other image editing software.
- Experience 3D model visual testing or Quality Control.
- Knowledge of Presagis Creator (Low poly modelling tool for real-time simulation applications) is an added advantage.
- Experience of Game Engines like Unreal and Unity is an added advantage.
