you to become a vital part of our dynamic team as a Content Development Intern! In this unique position,
you will have the opportunity to assist in crafting and implementing comprehensive content strategies that directly support our business development professionals.
In this role,
you will not only develop your skills in writing compelling proposal narratives but also gain hands-on experience with our Sales Enablement Platform and content scorecards with analytics on engagement. Y

You will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality and effectiveness of our content used for business development, ensuring they align seamlessly with our business strategy and Capture needs.
What You Will Do:
- Draft sections of reusable proposals
- Maintain and update proposal content libraries
- Gather relevant data and statistics for content scorecards
- Work with subject matter experts to gather technical information
- Support governance of Highspot, Qvidian, Salesforce libraries
What You Will Learn:
- Writing and Communication Skills: Develop compelling proposal narratives and improve clarity, grammar, and overall effectiveness in your writing.
- Use of Technology: Gain hands-on experience with a Sales Enablement Platform for efficient content management and utilize content scorecards to track proposal performance.

- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.

The salary range for this role is - . The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
