About the role:
We are seeking a professional and effective administrator to support the MAN Retail team as part of the MAN-TP Transformation Programme. The purpose of this role is to develop and maintain effective governance of the Retail Workstream on the MAN-TP project, enabling on-time delivery of the retail programme. Responsibilities include project coordination, liaison with key stakeholders and leads, and developing key metrics and reporting to track performance on the project.
What will make you successful in this role:• High level of organisational skills and a demonstrable ability to effectively organise activities across multiple work streams and events.• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to executive stakeholders.• Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Team & Project) skills.• Ability to develop effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, being able to influence others to support key project delivery.• Strong time-management skills, and ability to coordinate time across multiple projects and activities • Experience of allocating and assigning project tasks and understanding dependencies of work in order to support the delivery of the project. • Flexible and able to re-prioritise workload in response to variable deadlines
