Join Our Team as a Graduate Product Owner
Kickstart your career in the air transport industry with our 2-year graduate program. As a Graduate Customer Product Owner, you'll work on cutting-edge projects, gaining exposure to different teams and processes. You'll have the opportunity to learn, grow, and take ownership of small projects, building hands-on experience and expertise.
About The Program
This program offers you a chance to own products at various stages, explore different departments, and rotate roles. In your first year, you'll receive support and training to handle your own tasks. You'll also benefit from technical and soft skills development through platforms like LinkedIn and My Learning Centre. Paired with a Buddy and a Mentor, you'll be part of a global Graduate community and SITA's Growth Network, connecting with colleagues through social events.
What You Will Do
- Work with the Product owner and Product Manager to help shape the Product Vision & Strategy
- Support the end-to-end delivery of products by ensuring that the scope of product development is clearly defined and traceable
- Support discussion on features of the product and support building a roadmap
- Collaborate with the colleagues in Technology to define development goals
- Accepts (or rejects) development work
- Demos the team (accepted) work to the wider SITA community & customers
- Work with the Product owner and Product Manager to help shape the Product Vision
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE
- A STEM degree with at least a 2:2.
- Enthusiasm for learning about business challenges and technology.
- Creative problem-solving and structured solution design skills.
- Ability to distill information into clear insights.
- Understanding of commercial influences on solution choices.
- Ability to work independently and with international teams.
- Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) with a willingness to learn.
- Less than 12 months of post-graduate experience (excluding placements/internships).
- Eligibility to work in the UK without requiring a work permit or sponsorship.
