The Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) Continued Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO) comprises over 130 professionals responsible for ensuring the continued airworthiness of our aircraft fleet. It performs a wide variety of tasks including engineering, planning and managing operations and supplier contracts.
We are expanding our team and seeking a qualified individual for the role of Fleet Maintenance Planner.
This role offers the opportunity to work with one of Europe's most modern fleets—including Airbus A320-NEO, A330, and A350—alongside a skilled team dedicated to maintaining high standards of airworthiness.
The role is based at SAS headquarters in Frösundavik, Solna, in the Greater Stockholm area.
As a Fleet Maintenance Planner, you will report to the Line Maintenance Planning Manager and be responsible for planning maintenance in compliance with EASA Part-M, Part-CAMO, Part-145, and operational requirements to ensure the airworthiness, safety, and efficiency of SAS's fleet.
Key responsibilities include monitoring airworthiness, reviewing maintenance forecasts, scheduling work packages, assigning tasks (including change management), and coordinating ground time reservations and aircraft positioning for maintenance.
In this role, you will be expected to demonstrate the ability to work effectively under pressure, maintaining focus and delivering results even in challenging situations. Strong collaborative skills are essential, as you will be working closely with colleagues across different departments to ensure smooth operations and achieve common goals. We value individuals who can communicate openly, contribute to a supportive team environment, and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the aviation industry, preferably in continued airworthiness management. However, we also welcome applications from individuals aspiring to enter the aviation sector.
