About The Job
- Manage the local learning site and newsletters.
- Oversee onboarding learnings for new employees, maintain content, and facilitate face-to-face trainings.
- Act as the Nordic stakeholder for Global People Development work/projects.
- Administer, facilitate, and maintain content for new and existing local trainings.
- Create digital learning experiences in Articulate and SharePoint.
- Facilitate learning events and support the delivery of Global Learning initiatives.
- Manage administrative tasks related to the People Development team.
About You
- Minimum 3 years of experience in learning and development.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with digital learning tools (Articulate is a merit).
- Proficient in MS Office365 (.doc, .xls, .ppt, SharePoint, Teams).
- Fluent in English and one Nordic language.
- Ability to align training objectives with organizational goals.
