Johnson Service Group, Inc has an immediate need for a Engineering Supply Chain Buyer who Supports acquisition and sourcing of materials and resources required for the company for direct and/or indirect material including assisting with contracts (LTA) and order creation
Job Duties:
- Review Master and Technical Service Agreements and Statements of Work to prepare, create, and monitor purchase order requisitions
- Receive and reconcile invoices
- Create and manage outsourcing SOW requests through Fieldglass and Ariba
- Manage the end-to-end vendor onboarding process, including the evaluation and verification of new suppliers’ financial health, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements, and facilitating the integration of new vendors into the procurement system.
Relevant Experience:
- SAP Ariba Network
- Procurement and Supplier onboarding
- Minimum 3 years experience
Monday thru Friday, standard 8 hour work day. Flexible start/end times (between 7 AM - 6 PM).
All training on-site, hybrid option available based on business needs and performance, local candidates only.
