Monitor and track crew duty time in accordance with Flight Time and Flight Duty Periods Limitations (FDTL) regulations to ensure compliance.
Implement scheduling reassignments as necessary to prevent crew members from exceeding allowable duty limits and assigning equalization of hours / sectors, operations permitting.
Notify crew roster changes, including assignments, shifts, and updates, to cabin crew members in a timely manner.
Facilitate clear and concise communication channels to ensure all crew members are informed of their duties and responsibilities.
Address any queries or concerns raised by crew members regarding roster changes or assignments promptly and professionally.
Compile and maintain legal crew rosters in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Generate various reports related to crew rostering, duty time tracking, leave management, and other operational metrics as required.
Address queries and provide timely responses to crew members regarding rostering, duty assignments, leave entitlements, and other related matters
Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.
