Position Summary
- Accountable for driving revenue through Malaysia Airlines direct digital channels – Website and mobile app.
- Planning, Executing, and Monitoring comprehensive digital marketing strategy/ campaigns to ensure assigned targets met.
- Reporting to Manager, Western Region International Marketing (Middle East & South Asia) and works closely with marketing team members across the region to achieve revenue and reach objectives.
- Provides opportunities for excellence and exposure in a global marketing environment, offering significant learning and growth potential.
Key Accountability
- Monitor and meet the assigned digital marketing targets in terms of conversion and revenue.
- Maximise digital penetration of Malaysia Airlines brand in the region.
- Develop Digital Marketing strategy for Middle East & South Asia (MESA) region with special focus on India.
- Plan effective digital marketing mix for always-on as well as ad-hoc tactical campaigns.
- Developing digital marketing plans with in-house and agency partners.
- Managing campaigns end-to-end including researching, media mix, creative development, monitoring and reporting.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams (sales, creative, revenue management, etc.) to ensure timely and effective execution of campaigns.
- Manage route and campaign performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to uncover new revenue opportunities.
- Perform market research to ensure we remain competitive and relevant in market.
- Responsible for the end-to-end process of purchase request / purchase order creation and payment to relevant vendor.
- Perform cross functional need-based tasks as and when needed.
Qualification & Working Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- 2-4 years of experience.
Area of Experience
- Should have formulated and implemented Digital Campaigns PAN India.
- Must be very good at managing Digital Content creation.
- Experience in running Performance Campaigns - CPC, CPL, etc through Google, FB, Affiliates etc.
- Should have excellent experience in generating quality leads for driving business.
- Experience in SEO, SMO and other digital channels.
- Experience on Reputation Management on social media platforms - FB, Glassdoor, Mouthshut etc Google Adwords and Analytics.
- Must have excellent understanding of aesthetics & creatives in releasing ads
- Vendor negotiations.
- Ensuring good quality of all branding material as per specifications.
- Manage Creative, Digital & PR Agencies etc.
- Monitor competition activity and design appropriate strategy.
- Proficiency with MS excel and other MS office tools.
- Experience of working on digital analytics tools including Adobe Analytics.
