Role Purpose
Accountable for developing and implementing marketing plans and strategies to promote the company's products and services in region. This includes conducting market research, identifying target audiences, and developing campaigns and initiatives to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness.
Key Accountability
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and increase brand awareness.
- Collaborate with sales and product development teams to ensure alignment and synergy in marketing efforts.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance and adjust plans accordingly to optimize results.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with any ad-hoc task assigned by the Superior/HOD.
- Experience on digital marketing will be added advantage.
Qualifications & Working Experience
Degree in Business Marketing or any related field with 5 years of working experience in related fields.
