We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Omni Channel Analytics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data from various channels to provide insights that drive strategic decision-making. This role requires a strong analytical background, proficiency in data analysis tools, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple channels including online and mobile platforms.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve guest experience and drive sales growth.
- Support the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to enhance omni-channel performance.
- Ensure data quality and integrity by conducting regular audits and validation checks.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in analytics and omni-channel marketing.
- Design, execute and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to improve user experience across web and mobile platforms.
QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.
Experience
- 1-3 years’ experience in data analysis, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
Specialized Skills
- Proficiency in A/B testing, optimization and data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of statistical methods and data modeling techniques is a plus.
- Experience with customer analytics and omni-channel strategies is preferred.
