Be part of our team as a Loyalty Strategy Specialist
As a Loyalty Strategy Specialist, you will help shape the company’s strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives to drive growth and long-term success. You will contribute to the development of strategic plans and support the execution of key initiatives. By identifying opportunities and proposing innovative solutions, you will help improve real-time decision-making and ensure smooth implementation of the strategy.
Your primary objectives include
- Assist in the development and refinement of the company’s loyalty strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Contribute to the creation and execution of strategic plans and initiatives to drive growth and long-term success.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within the loyalty program, proposing data-driven solutions to enhance business outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate strategic insights and ensure cohesive project execution.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Prepare and deliver clear, data-backed recommendations through well-structured presentations to key stakeholders, supporting informed business decisions.
Required Knowledge or Skills:
- 2 years or more of experience in strategy, consulting, project management, or a similar field for have agile process and reduce mistakes during the operation.
- Information analysis skills (advanced use of Excel and pivot tables)
- Experience presenting reports to C-level executives
- Ability to work across different departments to establish and follow up on improvement projects
