VivaAerobus is currently searching for a Benefits Advisor!
As a Benefits Advisor you will design, implement, and manage the benefits strategy for all segments. The primary focus is to ensure that the benefits programs are innovative, competitive, equitable, and aligned with organizational goals, while developing the best benefits that meet the needs of our Viva people to continue positioning Viva as the best place to work.
Your main derivables will be:
- Create and maintain a comprehensive benefits strategy that attracts and retains talent.
- Evaluate and optimize existing benefits to maximize their impact.
- Introduce innovative programs that meet employees needs.
- Ensure that all employees are aware of, understand, and utilize the available benefits.
- Increase participation and effective use of the benefits programs.
- Monitor and optimize costs associated with the benefits programs.
- This position will be a milestone to create new benefits for Viva!
Our ideal candidate:
- This is a Coordinator – level position based in either Monterrey, MX or Mexico City.
- Bachelors degree in Economics, Actuary or similar.
- +4 years of experience in Total Rewards /Benefits Areas.
- Advanced English.
- Microsoft Office Suite Champion.
- Negotiation Skills and creative mindset.
- Customer Service Excellence.
- Detailed, organized and selection criteria champion.
- Available to travel.
