Job description:
Changi Airport Group is looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager, Sales & Marketing to join our Airport Community (Non-Traveller) Team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales & revenue across Changi’s omnichannel offerings by conceptualizing and executing comprehensive Sales & Marketing strategies. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the Non-Traveller business within the non-traveller community at Changi Airport.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute comprehensive Sales & Marketing strategies in accordance with business objectives across omnichannel (e.g. Airside, Landside, iShopChangi)
- Develop and own 360 Marketing and Communications strategies to drive awareness, adoption and engagement of Staff Channels, including CRM (Changi Rewards Staff Program)
- Leverage on CRM (Changi Rewards Staff Program), to maximise value extraction of the airport community
- Collaborative Partnerships: Internal stakeholders’ engagement, buy-in & collaboration to drive airport community sales
- Experimentation: Develop and execute experimental marketing campaigns that challenge the status quo and push the envelope to drive Topline performance and maximise ROI. Embrace the unknown and leverage data-driven insights to refine strategies
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to uncover untapped niches, evolving customer preferences, and competitive trends
- Execute and scale sales programs/initiatives to drive revenue growth
- Joint-planning, ownership and execution of Marketing Strategies for Business Development initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Partnerships or related roles.
- Proven track record of successfully driving sales and business growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to work independently with high initiative, drive and determination to succeed
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the e-commerce, aviation or travel industry is advantageous.
