Sales Manager to join our team.
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for
managing relationships with all top revenue producing customers and developing
total product sales growth for our sales channel. The role requires an experienced sales
manager with solid industry and product knowledge and strong technical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Full
ownership of all relationships (VARs, consultants and end-users), channel
management and sales activities within assigned region
- Build
and implement sales action plans to effectively and efficiently execute on
company strategy
- Provide
active participation in sales activities required to achieve business success
and deliver on financial objectives
- Develop
key sales competencies as required to maximize success, including but not
limited to prospecting, lead generation, influencing, business acumen and
business judgment
- Maintain
an extensive knowledge of customers, opportunities, markets and competition
- Build
and maintain aggressive account growth plans of top customers in assigned
geography and execute those plans
- Enable
connections with proper internal resources so as to provide our customers with
value and ease of doing business
- Add
value to customers through activities including product demonstrations,
regional trade shows and product road shows
- Build
and execute on plans and market strategic initiatives to support customer and
training needs, as well as provide feedback
You Must Have
- BA/BS
degree with 5 to 7+ years’ experience
- Enterprise
sales experience
- Security
access control and video industry sales experience
- Developed
and proven sales skills including prospecting, negotiating, influencing and
selling
- Travel
availability (up to 70%) for visits planned beforehand
- Spanish
Profiency
- English
Profiency is preferred
