As a Technical Consultant you will provide consultancy and technical guidance to costumers. Define and deliver product specifications based on customer requirements and manage a portfolio of clients through the product life cycle in a complex environment.
Responsibilities
- Work with sales and technical teams to deliver the best solutions for our customers.
- Serve as the primary interface for customers.
- Participate in the pre-sale, deployment, and maintenance of products.
- Manage the life cycle of new products from requirements to deployment and order management.
- Develop technical specifications to describe customer requirements.
- Understand the technical needs of customers and identify products and solutions.
- Deliver technical presentations and trainings to customers.
- Provide knowledge about market competition.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience working as a technical consultant in a relevant field (Smartcards, Embedded software, Telecom).
- Fluent in Spanish and English (B2).
Position Requirements
- Argentinian citizenship or work permit.
- Hybrid role, office based in Buenos Aires.
