Logistic Coordinator within our Uniform Department, you will play a critical role in managing the entire supply chain process for uniforms and workwear, from order placement to distribution, ensuring timely delivery and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full cycle of uniform order fulfilment for crew members and employees.
- Coordinate and track logistics, including inventory management and collaboration with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams.
- Negotiate with service providers and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
- Organize annual uniform dotation, monitor stock levels, and manage procurement processes.
- Act as the escalation point for last-mile logistics and coordinate shipments to national and international outstations.
- Manage uniform distribution for new hires, exits, and stock returns, ensuring accurate database records.
- Conduct data analysis and reporting on supplier performance, stock levels, and process efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.
- Proven experience as a logistics coordinator or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word) and standard logistics software.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
Languages
- English:Fluent.
- Dutch or French.
