About The Role & Team
We are looking for you, a recent graduate with a degree in HR or Business, to play a key role in ensuring that our recruitment at the business unit level is efficient and successful. The primary focus of this role is to reduce our time to hire, supporting the hiring managers, acting as a liaison with recruiters, identifying and proactively managing roadblocks.
It is an interesting opportunity for a junior profile who is interested in Talent Acquisition, with the possibility to develop the position in a more generalist role and be involved in projects related to the employee lifecycle and/or organizational development.
You will interact with both Hiring Managers from the various functions within the Aircraft Business Unit (such as Engineering & Technology, Product...) and other colleagues across the company (mainly Talent Acquisition Team), located in 20+ countries (Canada, United-States, France, Switzerland, Germany, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, Spain...).

Responsibilities
Reporting to the business unitβs CEO, you will work under the supervision of the People Business Partner and be responsible for the following key activities:
- Ensure smooth and timely recruitment by monitoring timelines and milestones, addressing potential bottlenecks promptly and escalate any blockers as necessary.
- Get involved in critical hiring and drive progress, side-by-side with Hiring Managers.
- Review job descriptions to make them attractive and relevant to the talent market.
- Foster seamless communication with the Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and meeting timeline expectations.
- Generate regular reports on recruitment data and analytics for the People Business Partner, cross checking data, identifying trends, sharing lessons learned and suggesting process improvements.
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers to centralize and optimize assessment activities/cases used in the later stages of the recruitment process, providing assistance in developing new ones.
- Support recruiters by clarifying Hiring Managers needs, occasionally sourcing potential suitable candidates for challenging roles.
About Your Skills
- Strong interest both in the People/HR area and Business. We are looking for a person passionate about recruitment, who is also interested in experiencing how a complex business operates and is willing to adapt to new challenges.
- Graduated with a HR or Business degree.
- Prior experience in an international company is needed (e.g. 6 months+ of internship).
- Prior first experience in Talent Acquisition will be positively valued.
- Fluent in English. Other languages like Spanish are a plus.
- Experience working with data and presenting reports (e.g. university)
- Experience with any ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is a plus.
